What is your standard lead time?

Our standard production lead time is approximately 6 weeks from final design approval. Delivery is in addition to this and typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

Do you offer an express service?

Yes. Our Rocket Delivery service reduces production time to just 3 weeks. This service is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee. Please get in touch if you have a specific deadline.

How does delivery work?

You can choose between two delivery options:

• Individual Delivery – Each rider orders through your dedicated team webshop and receives their order directly to their chosen address.
  
• Bulk Delivery – We ship the entire order to a single address for distribution by your club, team or business.
  

Whichever option you choose, there are no hidden VAT, duty or import charges.

How do I know what size to order?

Our range includes three distinct fits:

• FASTA – Race Fit
  
• ADNC – Performance Fit
  
• PRO – Comfort Fit
  

We also offer men's and women's specific cuts, and can provide size sample sets so your team can try garments before ordering. We also have size charts that you can use to pick your correct size.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on product selection and order quantity, with tiered discounts available for larger orders. Get in touch for our latest price list and a tailored quotation.

Can individuals order custom kit?

Yes. Individuals can create and order their own custom kit with no minimum order quantity using the Spatz Design Tool. Simply design your kit, place your order and we'll manufacture it just for you.

Is there a minimum order?

For team and club orders, our minimum order quantity applies to the initial order. Once your design has been created, re-orders have no minimum quantity, allowing new members and replacements to be ordered at any time.

Can you help with the design?

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can work from your ideas, branding or existing kit to create a professional design, or you can create your own using the Spatz Design Tool.

Can I reorder in the future?

Yes. Once your design is approved, it is securely stored, making future re-orders quick and straightforward with no need to recreate your artwork.
